Swear Out stuff

One of the most interesting features of the Swear Out culinary offerings happens to be the unique array of teas. At this ImPort Tea Party, ImPorts get to be the first to try out some of these new blends sponsored by Oddrey and Oddrey Inc. Some of the older imPorts may remember the company from their genetically engineered flora a few years ago. With the help of a few imPort scientists (namely Raina), they were able to turn some of these plants into (relatively) harmless blends. These teas promise some rather interesting effects, all of which will only last a few hours at most.

Black Tea: Brewed from the leaves of Palaistra, Angelia and regular Black Tea, this tea tastes strong and bitter. It promises to heighten mood, lower inhibitions, boost energy and heighten awareness. Unintended side effects may include: an EXTREME adrenaline rush, the compulsory urge to spout out boring and mundane information about yourself to complete strangers, the need to speak in limericks, and in some cases extremely smelly sweat after physical activity.

Red Tea: Brewed from the leaves of Harmonia and Methe, this tea tastes sweet and subtle. It promises to calm nerves, lessen fears, relieve stress and refresh your body as well as your mind. Unintended side effects may include: an impromptu nap, unusual risk taking, the urge to confess your true feelings about someone to their face, or the desire to get married to a complete stranger (the 24 hour marriage chapels are open for your business right here in Maurtia Falls!)

Green Tea: Brewed from the leaves of Iamos, Sencha, Narkissos and a pinch of Himeros, this tea tastes minty and refreshing. It promises to have a calming effect, causing you to temporarily forget all about your stresses of the day as well as boost self-confidence. If two people drink from the same glass, they may be able to briefly share their thoughts and mental images telepathically, but this will only last for 20 minutes or until another cup is shared. Unintended side effects may include: short term memory loss, a fixation with their own mirrored reflection, speaking in a sultry voice, or the urge to do something really nice for someone they dislike.

Yellow Tea: Brewed from the leaves of Orpheus, Asklepios, and a touch of Enyalios. It smells exquisite and tastes like a delicious lemon-ginger blend. This tea promises to soothe any minor aches, pains, bruises, scars, acne, and dandruff. It will clear up your complexion and make you appear brighter and more youthful! Unintended side effects may include: skin so smooth it glows....literally, the compulsory need to burst out into song, attracting woodland creatures like a fairy tale princess, and in some rare cases the urge to be a complete jerk to everyone around -- especially people they care about!
